Coronavirus/Covid-19 protocols are all lifted at Inferno. It is now optional to wear a mask during class.
Waiver/Liability Release
All new students and returning students must sign a waiver prior to participating in a class, event or party. Please use your legal name on this document and you may be asked to provide ID as reference to verify matched legal name. You will be prompted to agree to our waiver either through our online booking application or in-person prior to class.
Registering for Classes
To secure a spot for your desired classes, you must book online through our Wellness Living page (see Schedule page) prior to the session using debit or credit. Cash will not be accepted unless there is an exception (please contact). All prepaid class passes and memberships are non-refundable and it is required to use these passes within their given expiries. Credits of Memberships do not get carried over to the following paid month. Please see each package for expiry details. All participants must be 18 years of age or older to register.
Lateness
Be kind to your instructor!!! Please notify your instructor if you plan or foresee that you will arrive late to your class. This will reduce disruption during the session. If you are coming 15 minutes into a class you will more than likely be turned away. We want to ensure that our students are safe and that you are properly warmed up.
Attending Classes/Parties/Events
All students who have registered for the classes MUST participate, there will be no spectators allowed within the studio space of any kind. This includes no children in the lobby as this is an 18+ environment. Children are only allowed if the participant is taking a private class.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Inferno strives to create a safe space for all students/dancers. There is a zero tolerance for inappropriate behaviour of any kind. Anyone who breaches this rule will be immediately confronted by the instructor or host and be subject to immediate removal and potential suspension from any future classes, also there will be no refunds given. If anyone has concerns or feels uncomfortable please reach out to us so that we can make sure that Inferno remains a safe, inclusive and comfortable place for our pole dancers.
Solicitation Policy: Solicitation and advertising of other companies other than Inferno is not allowed within our studio space, unless the person has received approval from Inferno Pole Studio. We do not tolerate any solicitors, marketers, advertising of any companies within our space. Any person that is found to do this will be asked to leave the premise and there will be no refunds of the missed classes.
No Shows and Late Cancellation.
Please make sure to come to class! Remember that if you do not show up for class, you are taking a spot from another student and you have mislead the instructor who had planned a class anticipating for your arrival. But we get it LIFE HAPPENS! So if you must cancel please ensure that you understand the following:
- You must cancel a minimum of 10 hours before the booked session to receive full credit onto your account, otherwise there will be no credit of any kind if you cancel less than 10 hours prior to the booked session. If a student cancels their lesson within the specified time or does not show up to their class, the student will be deducted their class credit for their missed class or if the student is an unlimited member they will be charged 60% of the value of drop-in (1 Class Pass) class for every marked “late cancel” on their account. Please go into your Wellness Living account and find the class you would like to cancel and select cancel.
- If you do not show (no show) to a booked session, there will be no refund or credits given and the student will be charged as though they attended. For those who are members, each student who is marked as a “no-show” will be charged a fee of 100% of the drop-in rate (1 Class Pass) per no-show. If the member has an unlimited membership they will be charged 60% of the drop-in rate.

Refunds/Credits
All prepaid class passes and memberships are non-refundable. If you registered for a class you have up to 10 hours prior to the registered class to cancel and receive a full credit back onto your account. If you cancel within 10 hours of the registered class, your class pass/membership will not be credited.
Photo/Video Recording within the Studio Space
- Filming instructors without their consent and/or then plans to share this recorded content with others. The instructors have worked hard to prepare the class so that they can teach you this in class safely and effectively. They have spent countless hours researching and preparing so that you can enjoy the class, so shouldn’t they get paid for this? We think so. Also in general people need to ask for consent to film others, and instructors are people too! We DO NOT allow anyone to film the instructors whatsoever unless the instructor provides consent prior to you filming. If you are caught filming our instructors while they are instructing and/or performing you will be asked to leave the class with no refund, you will be banned from taking the class (duration to be determined) and you will be asked to delete the content off of your phone permanently.
- Filming Instructors While the Instructor is Assisting You (instructor is walking around the studio). We require that you tell the instructor and gain consent from them prior to filming that you are filming them while they are assisting you personally with a move/choreo.
- Filming students/people without their consent. It’s tough to get that shot without someone in the background.. we get it. We do ask that you get the consent of the student/person before you film so that we ensure that everyone feels comfortable within the studio space. Please ask for consent, blur out anyone’s faces in the video/photo, and cover the video/photo sound with music prior to posting to any social media platforms or other platforms.
Solicitation
Solicitation is not allowed within our studio space. We do not tolerate any solicitors, marketers, advertising of any company within our space. Any person that is found to do this will be asked to leave the premise and there will be no refunds of the missed classes.
