Pole Dancing is a fantastic way to nail your fitness goals! It is an elegant and strong sport that empowers thousands of people across the world!

We believe that anyone can start pole! When we say you don’t need any experience, strength or flexibility, WE MEAN IT! Every time you practice at Inferno, you will learn something new and beautiful. Our classes follow a rigorous, proven methodology that is designed to not just foster progress and development, but we make sure that you become an incredible creative dancer!

With dedication and time you will be floating around the pole!

First off, people commonly think that you need to be very strong and flexy to start pole. THAT IS NOT TRUE! It will definitely feel very overwhelming walking into your first class but we are here to support you! You will most likely not nail all of the moves in the first class nor will you feel sexy trying things for the first time BUT with time and dedication YOU WILL! Our curriculums and classes are designed for you to learn and grow! If you commit and come to class at least twice a week, you WILL see results <3 Start your Pole Dance Journey with us today!

A few frequently asked questions…

Which class is a good starting point?

 Intro Pole is the class for you! It is designed for absolute beginners. This class not only introduces you to pole, but it also introduces you to Inferno!

Is there parking at your facility?

Yes! We have plenty of free parking on the Bond Street side of the building! 

Are there weight restrictions? 

Our poles can handle all shapes and sizes! All we require is that you are able to lift your arms above your head with no pain and that you are comfortable attempting to lift yourself off your feet using your arms.

How old do I have to be to take a class? 

All of our classes are for 18+. We may look into offering Teen Pole Sport classes in the future.

What should I know before my first class?

Wear shorts (we mean SHORT SHORTS! No biker shorts) and a tank top and/or sports bra. Bring Pole Grip! We will provide pole grip in our Intro Pole class, but you’ll need to bring your own for other classes. You can also bring a yoga mat (not required but nice to use during warm up).And, VERY important – DO NOT PUT ON ANY BODY CREAMS 12 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS – trust us. There are creams that do well with pole. Ask us!

Do I need to be already strong or flexible to start?

No! Most of our students start pole dancing with no background in any sport or dance. Our unique curriculums have been proven to help our students from many walks of life become a strong and flexible pole dancer!
