What class should I start with if I am brand new to pole?

It is mandatory to start off with Intro Pole! This class introduces you to pole and to Inferno!

Do you have class descriptions?

Yes! You can take a look at class descriptions by clicking on each class name within the schedule!

Do I need to be strong or flexible to start pole dancing?

No! People commonly think that you need to be very strong and flexy to start pole. THAT IS NOT TRUE! It will definitely feel very overwhelming walking into your first class but we are here to support you! You will most likely not nail all of the moves in the first class nor will you feel sexy trying things for the first time BUT with time and dedication YOU WILL! Where can I find the prerequisites for the classes?

What should I wear to class?

Each class has its own requirements. You can take a look at class attire by clicking on each class name within the schedule . It is underneath the description! For most pole related classes it is always safe to wear short shorts and a tight top/ sports bra! Bring socks too if you’d like. Also, check out our Prep for Class page.

Are Level 1 and Intro the same level?

No. It is mandatory to take Intro Pole if you are a first timer! Level 1 would be the next steps after graduating from Intro Pole. To graduate, you must receive approval from your instructor to go to the next level.

How do I level up to the next level?

There are two ways that you can level up in our curriculums! Either the instructor will come up to you and let you know that you are ready to level up OR if you feel that you are conquering most of the moves then ask your instructor at the end of class if they think you are ready!

Which class is a good starting point?

Intro Pole is the class for you! It is designed for absolute beginners. This class not only introduces you to pole, but it also introduces you to Inferno!

Is there parking at your studio?

Yes! We have plenty of free parking on the Bond Street side of the building! 

Are there weight restrictions?

Our poles can handle all shapes and sizes! All we require is that you are able to lift your arms above your head with no pain and that you are comfortable attempting to lift yourself off your feet using your arms.

How old do I have to be to take a class?

All of our classes are for 18+. We may look into offering Teen Pole Sport classes in the future.
